The pan was very easy to use and the cake came out beautiful. I also liked it that the instructions page that came with the pan included several ideas for decorations, and detailed instructions on how to create them.

I was concerned about sticking and using the wrong amount of batter with this pan. I sprayed it with baking spray, cake released perfectly. Wilton's directions stated it was a single cake mix, I ended up using about one and a half, it was just the right amount. The only problem I noticed was if you are not very gentle with your cake it will crack along the flower petals.
