Fantastic oven to table solution.

This pan has been the best solution for baking cheesecake I have had. The glass bottom does not stick nor does it scratch when you serve the cake off of it, it releases the sides of the cake rather well. I can see after a busy week of baking 3 cakes for the holidays that the only wish I would have had for this pan is a second glass bottom, or a way to order additional bottoms.

The side ring and clasp are great. I like the glass bottom. However, because it is glass, it is more fragile and difficult when it comes to locking it into the ring.
