It took me till the end of the batch to figure out how to make them great. I used a second skillet and once the pancake was 2/3 cooked (like the instructions say), instead of flipping the pancake back into the pan, I put it in a larger pan. The best way to get these right is to fill the entire bottom of the pan, so getting it back in would be a challenge. My daughter lived then, once she could tell what it was. ;-)
