These pans are great. I got these particular sizes (which I could not find anyplace else) to fit in my Electric Pressure cooker for cooking Christmas Puddings and Irish sticky toffee desserts etc. in much less time than normal in a steam kettle.I received them in very condition in a timely time frame. Very happy with my order.

I use this item for Sable Breton, lately one of my favorite preparations. I have noticed that when used without parchment (baking) paper it can leak a little, not a big deal in my opinion, I will see if after some break-in the leak continues.
