This pan had rust spots on the bottom piece after the 1st time I washed it....not happy with it. Would not buy it again.

Thank you so much for having this pan available. I have purchased a new electric pressure cooker and had never made a cheesecake in it. Once I read that I could I was so excited to try it. I have an excellent cheesecake recipe but it takes 5 bars of cream cheese and 5 eggs plus 3 yolks so I was able to scale it back using this pan and still have a wonderful and consistent cheesecake with my pressure cooker for 20 minutes as opposed to tying up my over for over 6 hours. I do use parchment paper since it is aluminum and have to keep it in the refrigerator in the pan over night and don't want it to react with the pan. I hand wash and keep it oiled which is why I give it 4 stars it takes a little extra work. I still will buy another when I need one.

This company is GREAT to work with but this springform is hard to open and close. Feels a little cheap. However it does work and I figure I will just have to keep looking for a nicer built 7" springform pan.
