As always Wilton has great pans. I first purchased a couple of these pans many, many years ago and I have never been disappointed. My cakes came out easily. They don't appear to be a non-stick pan but the cakes always came out really well. Just to be on the safe side, if I think any cake I've made might possibly stick I put a piece of parchment cut to size in the bottom of the pans and I've never had a problem. I eventually purchased 2 more pans for other baking needs because 2 just wasn't enough. After years of baking in them, I finally had to replace a couple of them because they were pretty beat up from years of use and I figured it was time to replace them. I think after all these years replacing them with the same exact pan really says something for the pan!

My wife had a pan like these two I just bought and after many years of use a very small hole appeared in the bottom of the pan. She was really upset because she couldn't find another in stores in our small town. So I went on line and found them and ordered them to give to her for Christmas. When she opened the box she was totally elated. I am very pleased with this product.
