You can use this pan for so many things, Even as a tray. The 2 inch high sides are great. It works great when you are frying fish or shrimp to put your paper towels inside an spread your seafood out so the towels will soak up the grease. It is lite weight, But very sturdy. I have had mine for about a year an use it a lot, An i have not even gotten a ding in it yet. I have made biscuits, cookies etc. Everything washes right out , i have never had to use a scrub pad on it. An it will not rust like so many pans i have bought before. It still looks like it did the day i got it. I`m ordering another one today an noticed only one person had reviewed this pan, Buy i don`t think it was the pans fault, I hope the new one i`m ordering doesn`t fall off the truck an get ran over before i get it.

The pan is only 2 inches deep and is not a lasagna pan as it says on the sheet stuck in the base. I ordered 2 pans and the they came with large dents in the bottom because the packers placed the pans in the shipping box and then just dropped the other items on top without any packing material between.I don't know if I can communicate to Amazon in the order that they need to be careful with some items. Not worth the shipping back because then the cost factor exceeds local stores.The pans are good, just not for lasagna.
