I purchased this item to make a cookie bouquet for Valentines Day and it came out great! The pan is light, but seems to hold up well. The cookies you make are rather large and great for decorating. My only comment is that it comes with suggested cooling times that is a bit low, says 5mins. When I tried that with the sugar cookies, they were too soft to take out of the pan and the sticks fell out. Waiting 10-15mins was much better and they came out easily.

work great for hard candy suckers. the candy is very hot so make sure the trays are where you want them until it cools. Set up on a cookie cooling rack.

This pan is a lot of fun on Valentines! I love to bake, but do not get to as much as I would like, but Wilton is always great!
