I love the mold. Everything you expect from a silicone mold. I used it to make large sugar flowers to decorate a cake.

The "6 Cavity Mini Tulip and Daisy Silicone Cake and Cupcake Mold" is perfect for Melt and Pour Soapmaking. I have used other such molds in the past--Red Silicone Hearts Ice Tray-- and found this one to be a bit flimsier than some others designed for freezing water for ice cubes. However, the size of each cavity is perfect to create a substantial guest sized soap with a pretty little Springtime theme.Other such silicone molds meant for ice cubes and baking hold up to repeated usage. The resulting product has detail and balanced form. The soap releases easily with no prep. An all around winner.Bottom line? Soap makers looking for some inexpensive Spring-themed molds will be happy with this mold. I would take care while releasing resulting creations as this mold is a little thin. Nevertheless it produces a substantial guest sized soap that your audience will admire. Recommended.Diana Faillace Von Behren"reneofc"

Seemed a bit flimsy at first, but has held up well in both cold process and melt and pour soapmaking, and bath fizzies. With SALT cold process soaps, I found that the salt did strip a bit of the color from this mold, leaving my white soaps with a slightly orange tint on the surfaces that were touching the mold, so keep that in mind. (I discarded those soaps.)
