Impressed with those 4 inch, perfectly round cookies sold at bakeries and various sandwich and coffee shops? This pan will produce those beautifully. Cookies will be as thick and chewy as those cookies are, and perfectly round. But they'll be better because it's your family's favorite recipe.Really needs to be placed on a standard cookie sheet for baking, as the silicone is quite flexible. Easy to clean up. Non-stick.My next experiment with this will be hamburger buns. As there are just two of us at home, we generally can't eat a package of buns before they go stale or mold, so being able to make 3 at a time will mean they are fresh and tailor made.
