Sprayed the inside with Pam for Baking and my lemon poppy seed cupcakes came out easily. Just make sure to place the silicone mold on a cookie sheet for support during baking. (This also makes it easier when you have to take out the pan when it's done baking!) The 6 cavity bundt and coffee cake molds are just right for individual servings and the design of the mold is a nice added touch when serving your treats to guests or when it's used for goodie bag treats! Clean up is a snap with hot soapy water. The design/material lends itself to easy cleaning without a whole lot of small nooks and crannies that might be hard to clean like some metal type pans. Am looking forward to making mini gingerbread treats to give friends for Christmas!

I expected a full size item and received something absolutely mini-mini, like a doll toy. I can not use it at all!!!
