I love that HIC makes filler free silicone, not only is it good up to 600�, while some alternative silicone brands make a quick exposure to a nice scorching 500� way above their temperature grade, but because it is filler free I'm not worried about what else is mixed in and potentially co-mingling with my food. Plus only a few minutes after removing from my oven or steam-pot, the edges become handle-able with bare hands. It is not as thin as some other silicone baking forms that I have, though I still put a tray underneath to maneuver it. Note: You must oil this pan to have your creation slide out when done. Silicone is neither non-stick nor knife-friendly.A portion of the essentials sale price goes towards high-school culinary training programs.

Cake falls out and easy to clean also! Bring improvment over Teflon, that came off over time! Love them! Perfect cakes every time.
