I bought the 8 by 3 inch deep round cake pan. I use parchment paper so I don't know if a cake will stick to the pan.PROS: heavy duty, nice weight (doesn't feel thin or flimsy), made in the USACONS/NOTES: I used the pan in a bain marie (water bath) to make cheesecake and the pan discolored on the outside.. up to exactly where the water line was.. not really a problem but the bottom half of my pan is now dark grayBOTTOM LINE: Baked my cheesecake souffle beautifully without burning. So, I will still buy the other cake pans from the parrish magic line.

I bought two of these pans. They are heavy duty, well constructed pans that perform very well. I would say these qualify as commercial quality and durability. The pans have a satin finish that releases all of my cakes without any trouble. Better than nearly any pan you could find in a store without spending a lot more money.

I bought a set of these 3" deep pans in different sizes. The 6" arrived dented and was so sturdy that I could not reshape it. I returned it to Amazon in the smoothest, easiest return transaction I have ever done and had the replacement in my hands within a day of posting the damaged one. So far every size with which I've cooked has come out excellent, in spite of the fact that I am experimenting with different recipes, some of them quite challening. The pan bakes evenly and does a great job. I am loving these pans. I only wish they came in more shapes (i.e. heart, petal, diamond, oval, square, hexagon, corner cut, etc.)
