The doughmaker pans are simply the best out there!!! Very hard to find these days. Company was sold and no new production since Dec. I made fantastic brownies in this today!!! Yummmmmmmy!!!! No stick..No mess.. Superb quality item!!!!

Having used this pan for several years, it still looks as great as it did on day one. I immediately soak and wash it after using and have had no problems at all removing the baked goods or having them stick if I've treated the pan prior to baking. I also do not cut in the pan, so there are no scratches. I'm currently searching for an 8" square pan because for my favorite brownies recipe, I really need an 8" square pan. In this larger one, the outcome is too flat and therefore not as moist. I love this particular one for smaller amounts of bars. Although I usually prefer a true 90 degree corner, I won't complain about this pan because of its weight and durability.
