Have had issues with cakes sticking even if I grease it well. I used to own some pans like this but haven't been able to find them. Was thrilled with the find, the price and got them really quick.

These are pie pans, NOT cake pans. These pans have sloped sides. If you make a 2 layer cake with these, doing as is normal, turning the bottom layer upside down and the top layer right side up, your cake will look like a flying saucer bulging at he middle and being smaller on the top and bottom. If you leave both layers right side up, the top of the bottom layer will stick out much further than the bottom of the top layer. You'd have to use a LOT of frosting to make the sides of the cake look even close to straight! The pan weight is pretty good and my cutters were fine, but they are just NOT CAKE PANS!

Release was out of alinement and did not work, poor quality even wrote back to them and told them it was damaged but I had to pay a restocking fee and return postage even when the product was not right(put together wrong)and it would have cost as much to return them, so I threw them out and bought a reliable brand.
