This is my second springform pan from Frieling and I couldn't be happier with the products they sell. I just finished making a vegetable lasagna with this pan and I absolutely loved how easy the springform opened with no pasta or sauce stuck to the sides. Just having the side of the lasagna accessible made serving it so much easier with less of the mess you get with the usual lasagna pan. I was also amazed by how simple the cleanup was. I cleaned both parts by hand (they say you can put the bottom in the dishwasher) and with no hard scrubbing I was able to clean this pan and make it look as if it was brand new again. I would highly recommend this Springform.

For the price, I thought I'd have a pan that would last a lifetime, but after about six months of once-weekly gentle use, the sides of the pan have warped and now it immediately starts to leak batter as soon as it's poured in. I'm very disappointed with this pan and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Used it to make a triple chocolate mousse cake for my son's birthday and it worked perfectly. My only complaint is to be careful when cleaning it because the little rod that holds the buckle together had fallen out and I had to search my kitchen floor for it.
