This is a great pan. Cake slides out easy. The multi cook usage is a great asset. You can also do refrigerated molds.

I bet the pan is great to use, but I did not get the opportunity to use it. When the pan arrived it was damaged and filthy. There was black dirt caked on the pan as well as the pan's packaging, and there were smears of black gunk all over the pan.The pan was also damaged. It had what looked like a hole sliced by a knife on the top of the tube in the center.I thought maybe I could just suck it up and bleach the pan, but I purchased this pan as "new," so I decided to return the item.Not happy with this product, do not purchase anything from it's company.
