The pan is very good quality. It has enough substance to be handled with one hand when all the molds are filled. It is the perfect size for making small bundts serving 2 to 3 people each. The pan accommodates batter from a standard cake mix divided among the 4 small cakes. I suggest spraying with cooking oil before baking, and cleaning with a brush.

I love all things Nordic Ware and have a serious collection of pans, pots, etc. This quartet pan is no exception.When my regular oven died last month I was bereft because I do alot of baking. (On a side note, I immediately ordered a Hamilton Beach Countertop Convection Oven from Amazon because it has one of the largest internal dimensions.)Granted, the countertop oven is not a full-sized oven (13" wide/deep inside dimensions). However, I am thrilled to say that this partcular quartet pan fits perfectly inside the countertop oven! The weight and quality of this quartet pan is exceptional. You know you have a fine piece of baking equipment the minute you pick up the pan. I also love the variety of the 3-cup designs in this pan. Nordic Ware stands behind it's products and most importantly, they are an American made company.I know there are several comparable manufacturers out there but I have to say that in my experience, Nordic Ware is "da bomb!" It's my "go to" source for all baking pans.

Much better than I expected! Very well crafted and heavy duty aluminum. I was totally expecting to toss this away after a few batches but now I need some new recipes and reasons to bake. The cakes unmolded perfectly and because of the heady construction they did not burn either. Perfect pan!
