I love all these pans. Use them all the time. They brown better than any other I have ever used and I have baked for many many years. Nothing beats these pans. They even cook quicker than other pans.I know some people are concerned about the swirls or finish but its nothing. Its just the way they put the coating on, and it is generally nonstick. They aren't factory seconds, its just the way they are made. I continue to buy more and more of these pans. In fact, the pizza pan, the pizza slides right off, I have to be careful it doesn't slide off before I want it to. plus the fact that they are made in the USA and chemical free. all good qualities to me.

The pan is nice and sturdy, I wish the sides were just a bit taller, but it still worked for my recipe. The coating is not sprayed as with other pans, so it is a bit thicker in places. Unfortunately, in one of the places it was so think, that a spike formed, and I cut my fingers on it while washing the pan. It was on the outside of the pan, near the rim. My husband filed it down, and it is now nice and smooth. The surface is smooth and although I needed to run a spatula around the cake to remove it, it was really easy to wash after that, see - I didn't even use a cloth to wash it, and my cut fingers are the proof for that.

This is right-sized for my toaster oven. I don't eat cake, but use this "cake pan" for everything else from roasting vegetables, cooking chicken, to baking cornbread. I shun aluminum products including the aluminum pan that came with my toaster oven and use Granite Ware instead. It heats up beautifully and cooks very well, plus is a breeze to clean, even cooked on food comes off easily.
