You will not believe how great this pan is! I have been baking for over 30 years and used lots of bakeware but this pan takes the cake (pardon the pun!) It is very heavy and durable and is extra deep, perfect for my cheesecakes and tiers. I truly believe this pan has IMPROVED my baking because it gives my cakes an even rise, golden color, and maintains the moistness. The cakes even seem to bake "off" the pan enabling an effortless release. You will love this pan! Hey it's even made in the USA, something we don't see that often.

Product as advertised. Works well. No issues in using this product. Recommend if you are doing a layer style cake go with the 2-inch pans.
