A high quality silicone lid that fits snuggly on our Edge Brownie Pan to keep your edge brownies fresher longer. Lid also makes a great cooling pad - place your hot out of the oven Edge Brownie Pan on top to protect your counter while your brownies cool. Included in this pack is our new Edge Wedge - a clever little wedge that can be "plugged in" your Edge Brownie Pan to create a batter tight seal. The Edge Wedge converts your Edge Brownie Pan into an 8" x 8" volume baker - now you can make a single box mix of brownies (or cornbread) in your Edge Brownie Pan! This is a soft, silicone lid for the Edge Brownie Pan. This is one of the greatest pans invented for a single use and we use it monthly in our house. One of the major flaws with this pan is that it is hard to seal and keep sealed with tin foil and the brownies would start to dry out in a day or 2 in the dry, high desert air of Denver.This lid seals the pan and we are 100% satisfied. My wife read that they were trying to come up with this lid over 6 months ago and it is finally here. If you have this pan, you want this lid.It also comes with a silicone wedge that allows you to cut off 1 or 2 of the "alleys" in the pan if you have a small box, a recipe that creates a smaller batch of brownies, or , I guess, if you want thicker brownies.

I am very pleased with the Brownie Pan. It makes the best brownies ever! And, having the cover makes it even better.

This pan begged for a cover and Baker's Edge responded! I'm not crazy about the flimsy rubbery silicone it's made out of, but its snug fit makes me think my brownies will stay fresher than with the foil I had been using to cover the pan. (Not that my brownies last more than a day or two anyway!)
