Finally, a pan that makes it easy to bake! No more messing up the first piece of cheesecake or brownies, trying to get them out of the pan. The sides of this pan just pop off and leave you with access to cut from all sides. The non-stick finish cleans up in seconds. It bakes evenly, also. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes to bake.

Doesn't leak

This is my first springform pan because I always heard that they tend to leak, but other reviews stated that this pan didn't. When I got this pan, I saw an approximately 2 mm rust spot on the bottom of the inside of the pan, so I'm not sure how long the coating will last.I baked a cake in it and it didn't leak. The fit is very snug once the sides are locked. You can serve the cake on the base, but I would advise using a paper liner just to make sure you don't scratch it.
