These pans are pretty rigid and durable. Silicone cookware is incredibly easy to clean and use. It's the perfect non-stick material. I've replaced just about all of my metal bakeware with silicone counterparts. If I had to buy a gift for a newlywed couple, I'd get them a set of these.

the pan is really non-stick, but it smells when it's getting hot. and the cake, or whatever you do, absorbs this smell too. i wouldn't recommend this product to anybody.

I live at high-altitude (7000+ ft), so baking is not easy. My cakes always get stuck in the pan. I was so pleasantly surprised with this pan!! Straight out of the oven, I could pull the sides away with no residue stuck on the sides. Within 10 minutes, I flipped over the pan, and it easily released!! No more birthday cake failures.I've also used this pan as a soap mold (not the same one I use for food). I make 'soap pies' and it also works great for this. Soap released in hours!!
