The cost of this pan is half of what a Wilton costs. Good quality, good performance. Highly recommended

I bought two of these pans after using some other Parrish pans which convinced me of the quality of the brand. These cake pans are really square - fabulous for proper square edges. It does make cleaning a bit tricky as some cake will stick in the very square corners even if you properly grease and flour the corners but as proper square edges were desired, I conclude this is inevitable (I avoid non-stick cookware and prefer to line with paper than use non-stick). I also bake brownies in the pans - although removal of brownies from the greased/floured pans was possible, removal was much easier by lining with paper (I normally do this for moist brownies anyway). Blueberry buckle baked in the pan removed beautifully by just greasing/flouring and pans were easy to clean after a little soaking (toothpick used around the edges/corners). As I handwash all cake pans, cannot comment on the impact of dishwasher use.

This pan is just what I was looking for. A square pan that is really square (no round corner, etc). The cakes bake perfect. I have baked a couple of cakes with it and love the results.
