I was really pleased with this set of pan. They are a wonderful weight and quality. I've had perfect results everytime I've used them.

These pans worked wonderfully and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend two extra pieces that have to be purchased separately. For even baking on the 10" and 14" pans, I used a heating core (Wilton Decorative Preferred Heating Core Bakeware) and insulating strips (Wilton Large Bake Even Strips Set). Fill the heating core halfway with batter and it's the perfect plug to fill the hole before icing it. Plan ahead for timing. I cooked each layer separately to fit in my oven, so it took me a while to get them all done. The Wilton website has a great chart of batter amounts, cooking time/temp, and icing amounts. The pans clean up easily in the dishwasher.

The person who left the "no depth" review didn't read the listing. It clearly states 3". Wilton makes a great quality product! I've been baking for over 40 years and have never had a problem with anything made by Wilton.
