I purchased this item which was very pricey. When I received it the pan top edge and inside was very rough to touch and bumps was visible. The description also said nonstick but it doesn't look like the other nonstick pans I owned. The description also said it was 9 pounds but the shipping weight was only 3 pounds? I was very disappointed, because I owned a total of 10 Nordicware baking pan and very happy with the quality of these pans. There is another similiar pan that is selling for $8.00 more, have 2 inches depth and have reasonable review. I choose the #55548 Elegant Heart Bundt Pan because of depth 4 inches.I'm very happy with Amazon service. I chat with a person online and they sent me a return label that I print myself and sent it back. Within 4 days they process my return and return my money in my account.I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to keep the bundt pan due to the poor quality but I was happy with Amazon services.

This is the 4th Nordic Ware bundt pan I've purchased (different designs), and I'm impressed as ever. Nordic Ware is a little pricier than other brands, but it's worth it. You won't be sorry! These pans make a beautiful cake every time, and they're true to structure--the cake really will look that way when you de-pan it. I use Pam Baking Spray (contains flour in addition to oil) for perfect results.
