So far I've used this product once. It was messy to pour, difficult to take slices out. I think next time I use this cake pan I will freeze these little pieces of cake. I really like the idea of this pan.

Beautiful! The wedges came out perfectly cut. Besides, because of their flexibility, emptying silicone molds from its content is very easy. Of course, yo have to prime them first with cooking spray.
