This is my first silicone baking pan and I was truly amazed. It was like my brain couldn't compute how something that looked like plastic, really wasn't and didn't melt in the oven! I cautiously put them in the oven and kept peeking every second to see if they would actually melt!!I use these to make mini banana bread bundts. The funny part is when you have to invert each of the cavities for washing, my husband can't stop laughing!I would recommend this to anyone, well made!

This is a great mold for baking or freezing. It is easy to clean, food comes out perfectly, and the shapes are cute. Most recently I froze single servings of Irish oatmeal in it in the morning (perfect amount for breakfast), and then baked Date Nut Bread in it in the afternoon. Both came out beautifully.

I got this for my wife as a sort of surprise. It's fun to make little mini Bundt cakes! Plus, making them works relatively well with gluten-free recipes. The mold works nicely, doesn't stick, is easy to clean, etc. It's a bit weird to cook in a "floppy" pan, but it works :)
