As a person who enjoys baking and does it often, it can be difficult to come up with fun and creative ways to keep things interesting. I have been extremely happy with my purchase of several of the Ice Cream Cone Cupcake Baking Racks (which I would recommend as you than have the option of making twenty-four cone cupcakes or twelve double scoops!) This rack certainly has added a new dimension of fun for my family and I. We have experimented with making both the twenty-four and the twelve and either way has been a hit! I would recommend filling the cupcake cones about two thirds of the way with batter to have them rise to a good level. I have also found when making the 'double scoops' that it has been the easiest for us to make twelve cupcake cones and then use the rest of the batter in a small/mini cupcake pan to bake and than use as the second layer. My daughter has asked that we make these during her birthday party and have each of her friends frost/decorate their own during the party (we might have to purchase a third rack)! We would definetely recommend purchasing.

The Nifty Ice Cream Cone Cupcake Baking Rack provides a great solution for baking cupcakes in ice cream cones without making a mess! Previously had to use a rigged up system of tin foil or other means to hold up the ice cream cones with the cake batter so as not to make a total disaster of the oven. The pan also makes it easy to frost the cupcakes and hold them for display. It's nice there's finally a pan solution for making these fun cupcake cones. It's been fun to experiment with different types of cake batter and frosting. Regular cake batter works much better than angel food cake in the cones. The angel food cake dried out much too quickly, whereas the regular cake batter was moist and yummy!

This is a great product!!! It makes it so easy to bake cupcake cones! I wish I had this a long time ago instead of trying to balance them on a cookie sheet & pray no one walked by the oven bc they would tip over! lol! LOVE THIS!
