This is a nice set of pans. I wanted 3-inch deep cake pans in a few different sizes and it just made sense to get the set (actually I bought two sets) just so I have all the sizes and because they can be a bit hard to find.They work great and are very good quality. I wanted to use Magi-Strips on them to bake the cake more evenly but I've never seen them in a 3-inch width, so I made my own by folding damp paper towels inside long strips of aluminum foil and fastening them with paper clips and they worked great!

The ONLY neg on these is not recommended for dishwasher. I have been decorating cakes since 1986, and these are my FAVORITE pans. Use the cloth strips (and center heat cone on largest pan) to have perfect cakes to tort in half for a level, 4" tier once iced.

I decided to get into cake baking/decorating. After looking at a lot of reviews and reading a couple books I decided to order these. They are very sturdy, seem like a good quality. 3" depth is ideal. Serious baking pans for a good price.
