I really like this square silicone pan, but the red color doesn't stay. I made low-carb bread (high fat content under high heat). After the bread cooled I was able to peel it out of the silicone pan in one piece. Talk about easy! But the silicone pan bottom at the edges and corners lost their color. Fat + high heat turns the silicone back to clear. Even though it looks all blotchy now, the silicone doesn't feel any different. I still use it because it's the best thing out there for square cakes/brownies/bread. Just don't get too attached to the color.

I bought this pan on the recommendation of other soapers, to use for melt and pour soap-making. It's absolutely perfect! The shiny surface of the pan ensures a crystal clear soap surface every time. And release is never a pain. I would highly recommend this pan for soap-making, and I'll be purchasing another for baking at some point for sure!

I love it. It laughs at the heat, releases cleanly, and happily goes through the dishwasher. The only flaw is that it is floppy, so you must put a metal cookie sheet or the like under it if you need to move it with something flexible or dangerous in it (like 300-degree toffee).You do want to be a little careful with sharp knives also, e.g. turn the brownies out first, *then* cut into squares.I now own two of these. If I wore one out tomorrow, I'd buy a replacement the next day.
