I bought this for my son's third birthday parties and made it twice (once for my husband's family and once for mine). He loved it. Mine did not turn out quite as good as their picture, but they looked pretty good. I had one happy three year old. I used the wilton food coloring and it was kind of pricey but I now have them for cakes in the future. I am planning to do Minnie for my daughter's 1st birthday this fall. I got the coloring locally. This cake took some time (a couple of hours to frost) , but it was worth it. It went faster the second time around. I am sure someone who has more practice at doing cakes would be much more efficient than I!
