I've started baking a lot the past few years, and I like layer cakes, so originally I had gotten 3-8" Wilton cake pans. They're great, but the cakes tend to get very high (three layers), and icing is somewhat of a pain. The 2-9" pans are great since there's less icing involved (better for diabetics and those on diets) and the cakes are more normal in height. The price is great also, considering you're getting a 2 piece set for the price of 1 of the more expensive cake pans. True, the pans do not have 90 degree angles (that's why they fit inside each other), but for a smaller kitchen these work well because they don't take up that much space. Also, after you put icing on the cake, no one even notices that the cakes didn't have 90 degree corners. I would highly recommend this product for the price and the quality of the product!

love these pans. they have a nice weight to them and they truly are non stick and easy to clean. these are my new favorite cake pans.
