This pan replaced an aluminum heart shaped pan, which was difficult to use, and the cake did not come out in one piece.

The pan worked perfectly. It baked the cake evenly and came out of the pan without any troubles at all. It was easy to clean. My biggest complaint is where to store it, because it is an odd shape. Guess I can't fault the pan for that, since it is exactly the shape I needed!

We had one set of these pans and needed another to bake a wedding cake. Wilton pans are true to size, these pans matched our other set of pans. The material Wilton uses is strong and pretty much dent free, unless you drop it. These strong pans are easy to put into the oven with no wobbling. Would Recommend
