this pan is nice quality and very easy to work with. Pleased with my purchase. Used the wilton's website for batter estimate and cooking instructions as nothing came with this pan in the way of guidance of how much batter to use etc. It was recommended on the site to fill 1/2 to 2/3 with the batter and from my experience i would say 1/2 is the way to go. when filled at 2/3 it bubbled over the pan and made a mess on the oven floor. Ultimately though the cake still came out wonderful. highly recommend.

I have wanted 8 inch cake pans for some years,have 9 inch and saw no great need for the 8 inch,but they do work out nice.Price was good,not cheap but not as expensive as many I have seen.Quality is very good.Wouid recommend to anyone.
